ALL SALES FINAL. We stand behind our products. Each product is hand-picked from our carefully selected manufacturers. 

We DO NOT accept cancellations. Once order is placed- it is permanently in our system. 

We will replace your item if:

1. The item has a manufacturer defect when you received it.

2. You were sent the wrong item. 


Please inquire for a replacement if your item falls in one of these two categories within 10 business days upon receiving. There is no need to return the defected item. This is a one woman show and our shop is a busy place! :) Keep in mind we receive a high volume of emails and I do my best to get to them as quickly as possible. 

Lost by USPS:

If your item happens to be lost in transit we will be happy to send a replacement item. However, please keep in mind that replacement items are sent as normal shipping and will also fall under our 2-4 week turnaround.
